"This was the first project I recorded using a computer, MIDI, and a large rack of MIDI-controlled synths and samplers, entirely in my home studio. The computer was an Apple ][ and the software was from Passport Designs. It's interesting to see electronic music hardware being resurgent after a long period of many people working entirely virtually "in-the-box". This was the last project on which I used an Aries modular synthesizer...until my most recent, after the Aries was fully restored and now figures prominently in my studio!"
